Slow cooked chicken and pepper!!

Trust me when I say, "This is a Dinner-Winner!". If you are thinking a decent meal to celebrate your weekend night, then this could definitely be one!! A little time and a little yogurt and red pepper and those chicken wings are good to go!
Alright let's get started:
The basics for this is: grill your onions, garlic, tomatoes and peppers, wiz and make a puree, half grill your chicken: make the outside little crispy and brown, later, cook it in the sauce, add a dollop of yogurt when almost done!!! and that's that.....isn't it simple!!!!
Ingredients:

1 brown onion,
3/4 garlic
1 big tomato
1 red pepper
(In your baking tray line the pepper cut in 4 equal parts, tomato cut in 4/6 chunk, onion cut in 4/6 chunk and garlic, grill them until they are soft.)
(Wiz onion and garlic together, wiz tomatoes and red pepper together.)
4/5 chicken drumsticks or any big pieces
(marinade the chicken with salt and pepper and grill just to get a brown outer, we'll cook it properly later with the sauce)
4tsp cooking oil
1tsp fenugreek seeds
1tsp ajwain seeds
2 dried chili
2tsp powdered cumin
1tbsp chili powder
4/5 green and black cardamom
1tsp peppercorns (make a powder together with cardamom)
11/2cup water(more or less)
1dollop yogurt
for garnishing:
1/2tsp grated ginger
2 red chilies
1tbsp fresh coriander
Method:
1. Heat the oil in the thick cooking pot, when heated add fenugreek, then ajwain and dried chili, now add the onion mix and stir for a minute(remember it's cooked), add the pepper mix and cook for further 2 minutes. Put in the powdered cumin and cardamom and peppercorn powder, chili powder and let it cook for a minute. Add 1cup of water and let it simmer, add the chicken and add a little more water depending on how saucy you like!!
2. Cover the lid and slow cook on medium low for until the chicken looks tender and the sauce starts living oil on the sides. Turn down the heat add the yogurt and give it a good mix.
3. Grate the ginger, chop the red chilies and coriander and serve hot!!!

Enjoy this chicken with rice or any bread!!! simply delicious!
